The foam dryer shown here is a multi-storey vertical drying unit, engineered to meet the needs of high-throughput foam processing facilities. It features:
- Multi-layer vertical drying chambers for maximum space efficiency
- Optimised airflow design to ensure even, fast, and energy-efficient drying
- Fully enclosed, insulated panels to maintain internal heat and minimise energy loss
- Steel access platforms and staircases for safe maintenance at all levels
- Customised roller, belt, and coating configurations (as per detailed internal layout)
This system is a showcase of our ability to convert client concepts into fully engineered, production-ready machines. From CAD modelling, production, installation and commissioning, every step is handled by Adelco’s in-house team.
