This advanced printer excels in UV DTF roll-to-roll printing, particularly for transferring UV ink onto special shapes and materials incompatible with direct UV ink printing. It offers easy entry into the label market, delivering UV direct print effects without the need for heating or drying processes. UV DTF printing is highly versatile, enabling designs to be transferred onto hard surfaces like metal, leather, wood, paper, plastic, ceramic, glass, and irregular and curved surfaces.
The printer boasts an advanced automatic wiping and moisturizing system that not only cleans the printhead at startup but also keeps it moist when powered down, effectively preventing blockages during idle periods. With six ink tanks accommodating CMYK colours, white ink, and varnish, it delivers precise shading and rich, expressive detail, meeting a wide range of printing requirements. An automatic ink shortage alarm further guarantees uninterrupted operation. The laminator is equipped with a manual control lift, a silicone rubber roller for optimal laminating pressure, and intelligent heating to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Additionally, the rear side features a paper tension system, a film feed-up system, and a waste film take-up system, all designed to maintain smooth and efficient workflow throughout the entire printing process.
